From the Chicago Sun-Times: Cops probe Uptown rape, 3rd on N. Side in 2 weeks

Chicago Police are investigating the third criminal sexual assault on the North Side in two weeks.

The latest attack is in the Uptown neighborhood, about a mile north of the other rapes in the Wrigleyville neighborhood.

A 50-year-old woman reported to police that a man attacked her at 12:15 a.m. while she was walking in the 1000 block of West Sunnyside, said Town Hall District Capt. Robert Quaid. The woman described her attacker as a black man in his 40s, 5-foot-8, 250 pounds. No weapon was used, Quaid said.
